At GÂTAGE, we are committed to delivering all orders to our customers with the highest quality and in the shortest possible time.
Exchange Policy
Cakes, biscuits, our kids’ gifts, and flower gifts cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, as they are prepared based on specific requirements and customizations requested by the customer.
Return Policy
Customers must check the order upon delivery to ensure it is correct, undamaged, and matches the requested product specifications.
In case the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide photos showing the issue so we can handle it promptly.
Failure to report the issue immediately will be considered approval that the product is in good condition and matches your order, and the store will not be held responsible afterward.
The product must remain in its original condition with all accessories if the customer wishes to return it under the conditions above.
If the product’s protective labels have been removed or it has been used, the return request will be refused.
Customers cannot cancel the order after it has been confirmed.
If they wish to cancel, they must contact customer service before the preparation process begins.
Returns are not accepted if the customer delays receiving the order after the driver has arrived, changes the delivery address after the driver is already on the way, or fails to receive the order when the driver is present.
In such cases, an additional delivery fee may apply.
If an order is canceled before production begins, a refund can only be issued if the payment was made through Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay.
Payments made via Tamara, Tabby, or any third-party payment provider are non-refundable, in accordance with their policies.
Please note that slight differences in color, font, or finishing details may occur between the product photos and the actual item due to lighting and camera variations.

سياسة الخصوصية
في GÂTAGE نحترم خصوصية عملائنا ونلتزم بحماية بياناتهم الشخصية والتعامل معها وفق الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
قد نجمع البيانات اللازمة لتقديم خدماتنا، مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، عنوان وموقع التسليم، بيانات الطلب، وبيانات مستلم الهدية، بالإضافة إلى بعض المعلومات التقنية المتعلقة باستخدام الموقع أو التطبيق.

نستخدم بياناتك لتنفيذ وإدارة الطلبات، إتمام عمليات الدفع والتوصيل، التواصل معك أو مع مستلم الهدية، تقديم خدمة العملاء، وتحسين خدمات وتجربة GÂTAGE.
3. مشاركة البيانات
لا نفصح عن بياناتك الشخصية إلا بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة، مثل مشاركتها مع شركات التوصيل ومزودي خدمات الدفع والخدمات التقنية، أو عندما يكون الإفصاح مطلوبًا بموجب الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها.
4. حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها
نتخذ التدابير التقنية والتنظيمية المناسبة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الاستخدام أو الإفصاح غير المصرح به، ونحتفظ بها للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق الغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله أو وفق ما تتطلبه الأنظمة، ثم يتم إتلافها بطريقة آمنة.
5. حقوقك
يحق لك، وفقًا للأنظمة والضوابط المعمول بها، طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو تحديثها أو طلب إتلافها، وكذلك العدول عن موافقتك متى كانت الموافقة هي أساس المعالجة.
6. التسويق والإشعارات
قد نرسل لك عروضًا أو إشعارات تسويقية وفقًا للمتطلبات النظامية، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك فيها في أي وقت من خلال الوسائل المتاحة.
7. تحديث السياسة
قد تقوم GÂTAGE بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية عند الحاجة، وسيتم نشر النسخة المحدثة عبر الموقع أو التطبيق، وإشعار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية متى كان ذلك مطلوبًا.

9. بيانات مستلم الهدية
عند تزويدنا ببيانات شخص آخر بغرض إرسال هدية، مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف وموقع التسليم، يتم استخدام هذه البيانات فقط بالقدر اللازم لتجهيز الطلب وتسليمه والتواصل مع المستلم بشأن التوصيل والموقع
10. الموقع الجغرافي
قد نطلب الوصول إلى موقعك الجغرافي عند استخدام خدمات تحديد موقع التسليم، ويتم استخدام هذه البيانات لتسهيل تنفيذ وتوصيل الطلب فقط

نحرص في GÂTAGE على التعامل مع بياناتك الشخصية بمسؤولية وشفافية، واتخاذ التدابير المناسبة لحماية خصوصيتك وأمان معلوماتك. ويُعد استخدامك لموقعنا أو تطبيقنا خاضعًا لأحكام سياسة الخصوصية المعمول بها
