Exchange Policy
Cakes, biscuits, our kids’ gifts, and flower gifts cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, as they are prepared based on specific requirements and customizations requested by the customer.
Return Policy
Customers must check the order upon delivery to ensure it is correct, undamaged, and matches the requested product specifications.
In case the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and provide photos showing the issue so we can handle it promptly.
Failure to report the issue immediately will be considered approval that the product is in good condition and matches your order, and the store will not be held responsible afterward.
The product must remain in its original condition with all accessories if the customer wishes to return it under the conditions above.
If the product’s protective labels have been removed or it has been used, the return request will be refused.
Customers cannot cancel the order after it has been confirmed.
If they wish to cancel, they must contact customer service before the preparation process begins.
Returns are not accepted if the customer delays receiving the order after the driver has arrived, changes the delivery address after the driver is already on the way, or fails to receive the order when the driver is present.
In such cases, an additional delivery fee may apply.
If an order is canceled before production begins, a refund can only be issued if the payment was made through Visa, MasterCard, or Apple Pay.
Payments made via Tamara, Tabby, or any third-party payment provider are non-refundable, in accordance with their policies.
Please note that slight differences in color, font, or finishing details may occur between the product photos and the actual item due to lighting and camera variations.
